When you are in pain, you need more than just symptom relief.

What will a Myofascial Release therapy session be like?

Myofascial Release or MFR therapy appointments run for 60 minutes. Before each session, we will check in with your body, assess the areas of most restriction, and set an intention for your healing. Each Myofascial Release treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams, or any machinery. This enables us to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

Treatment sessions are often very relaxing. You'll be encouraged to be aware of sensations that may be occuring in your body. Feedback from you will help me to be more effective during your session. Typically, most people have increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater movement and function after a treatment. It's important to drink extra water over the next 1-2 days after a session, to help rid the body of toxins that have been released.

You’ll be asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Tank tops or camisoles (no sports bras, please) and loose/baggy shorts. A bathing suit that allows access to the skin is also acceptable.

If you would like to make Myofascial Release Therapy a regular part of your health and well-being, reduced prepaid packages are available.

The Release Package includes six 1-hour sessions of MFR for $490, a savings of $50.

The Transformational Package includes 12 1-hour sessions for $960, a savings of $120.

At the end of your session, I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about your experience. We'll review what to expect after the treatment, and I'll give you my professional opinion about the best way to move forward with your care and your treatment.

Gratuities will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. I understand that occasionally you may need to change or cancel your appointment. Should you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notifications will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Thank you.
